Payments, subscription cancellations, refunds, and additional AI credits.

1. Payments and subscription access
Prices, applicable taxes, subscription duration, included AI credits, and any renewal arrangements are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the gateway identified at checkout. Subscription or credit access is provided after successful payment verification. This is a digital service; no physical shipping is involved.
2. Cancellation and refund windows
Send your cancellation and refund request to the contact listed in the Privacy Policy with your registered mobile number and order or payment reference. The request's receipt time determines the applicable window, not the date we finish reviewing it. Time runs from successful payment for the subscription purchase concerned. For clarity, 3 days means 72 hours, 7 days means 168 hours, and 14 days means 336 hours; times are recorded in IST.

Substantial use: The refund offers are limited to accounts without substantial use.
The eligible amount is the pre-tax subscription fee actually paid after discounts, excluding separately purchased AI credits. Approved cancellation ends the subscription access and its remaining included allotment. Cancelling a future renewal does not by itself refund a previous payment.
3. Taxes, GST and refund processing
Under our standard voluntary refund policy, tax and GST components payable to the Government are excluded: the percentages above apply only to the eligible pre-tax subscription amount. This exclusion is subject to applicable law. Where a tax adjustment, credit note, or tax-inclusive refund is legally required, we will process the corresponding adjustment or refund; payment of tax does not by itself make it irrecoverable in every case.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. We will communicate the outcome and refund reference when available. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes or payment PINs with your request.
4. Additional AI credits
AI credits bought separately, above the credits included in a subscription, are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to mandatory legal rights. Where the applicable purchase terms allow rollover, unused additional credits may carry into subsequent monthly cycles for a maximum of 6 months from purchase, or a shorter period clearly stated at purchase. Monthly rollover does not restart that maximum period. Subscription-included credits follow the terms of the relevant plan.
5. Special and customised plans
We may offer customised plans to groups or customer classes based on the number of licences purchased in a single transaction or the intended use of the licences. Examples include students, bar licence holders, pro-bono lawyers, and institutional or group purchasers.
These plans may have different pricing, features, credit allotments, usage restrictions, support, eligibility, and other limitations. They are designed for specific use cases and are not directly comparable to standard plans. Relevant differences and any expressly agreed refund terms will be disclosed before purchase; mandatory legal rights still apply. Student plans do not override the service's age requirements.
We may request the minimum information needed to verify eligibility. You may redact unrelated information from supporting documents. We use eligibility information for verification and related administration in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Mandatory rights and grievances
These voluntary cancellation windows, deductions, credit restrictions and customised terms do not restrict rights available under applicable law for deficient or misdescribed services, non-delivery, unauthorised or duplicate payments, or other legally required refunds and remedies.
Any cancellation deduction applies only to the extent lawful. Where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply, we will bear similar cancellation charges if we unilaterally cancel a confirmed purchase, as those Rules require. We will acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and redress them within one month where those requirements apply. Use the contact listed in the Privacy Policy for assistance.
